Introducing the Earl's Universal Weld-less Fuel Return Fitting! This new design eliminates the need to access the inside of the tank or cell! The fitting installs just like a rivet nut. Just drill a hole, install return tube, insert the fitting with the rubber washer, and tighten the bolt! The fitting collapses or "mushrooms" from the underside which secures the fitting to the tank creating a perfect seal to the tank mating surfaces! The fitting is machined out of 6061 Billet Aluminum and has been tested with tank material thicknesses up to 1/8" (0.125 inches). Each kit includes an oversized Viton Fluoroelastomer Rubber Sealing Washer, Hex Head Screw with Steel Washer, -6AN Low Profile Port Plug with Viton O-Ring, and two tube options (Fixed and Flexible Nylon).
